Plugin for WordPress for show users and their posts
20 Enero 2005We have developed a plugin for WordPress in order to show the users that have more posts and that allow to link over this and see their last posts.
Installation
1. Download the plugin user-post.phps to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Change the name from user-post.phps to user-post.php
3. Go into the plugin section on the administration site of wordpress and activate it.
4.
Add in de page index.php in the zone of the menu
<li id=”Users”>Post for user
<ul>
< ?user_post($num_users);?>
</ul>
</li>And add in the page wp-blog-header.php in the zone of the where
if (strlen($_GET[’theAuthor’]) > 0)
$where .= ” AND post_author = “.$_GET[’theAuthor’];Where:
$num_users: is the number the users to show.

I can’t get it to work properly. Where should I put the
if (strlen($_GET[â??theAuthorâ??]) > 0)$where .= â?? AND post_author = â??.$_GET[â??theAuthorâ??];
In the where zone. Where is the where zone?

Forget the previous comment. I figured it out myself. The
if (strlen($_GET[â??theAuthorâ??]) > 0)$where .= â?? AND post_author = â??.$_GET[â??theAuthorâ??];
should not be in wp-blog-header.php, if you put it in wp-includes/classes.php everything works as it should.

Is this plugin supposed to work with the latest version of Wordpress?
